Is Unreal Hair only an Online Store, and if not where are you located? TOP

No, Unreal Hair is a full service salon situated at Unreal Hair at 1026B Albany Hwy, East Victoria Park (Opp McDonalds), 7 kms south of Perth CBD.

Our store hours are:

Tuesday: 10am-5pm

Wednesday: 11am-8pm

Thursday- Friday: 9am-5pm

Saturday: 9am-4pm

Our online store runs in conjunction with our main salon.

Do you have a printed catalogue available? TOP
Yes. A printed catalogue is also available free of charge. A postage and handling charge will apply. Please feel free to contact us to enquire.

In what currency are the prices shown in? TOP

All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

You are encouraged to check the currency conversion for any item, and the currency converter is conveniently located on every page.

Disclaimer: Please use the currency converter only as a guide. Payments made by Credit Card are prone to show a slight variance on your CC statement due to the fluctuating currency exchange at the time of payment processing.

What Method of Payments do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express credit cards, and all payments are processed on secure servers, and you will see a small lock on the right hand side of your bottom computer task bar indicating you are making payment through a secure server.

What is the easiest way to order from Unreal Hair? TOP

Browse our online store, and select the items you wish to purchase. You can purchase through our online shopping cart using either Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or American Express. Our Shopping Cart accepts payments in Australian dollars ($AUD).

Charges for the transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement under the name "Oceana Health Hair & Beauty PTY LTD".

Telephone and Faxed orders are also welcome. Please go to the Contact Us page to locate our fax number.

Shipping and Refunds TOP

All orders are shipped by airmail to overseas countries unless otherwise noted. We ship all orders as soon as they are processed, and credit card details/payments are verified and received.

If any item is out of stock or there may be a delivery delay, we will contact you immediately.  You will not be charged for this product until it is available.

Refunds (excluding shipping and postage) will only be given within 10 days of purchase. We require the goods to be shipped back to us in the condition that they were sent (unworn), and with written reason as to why you are returning. If you are sending any item back, you must email us immediately informing us of the problem.

Will the price of goods and items ever change, and if so when? TOP

We will try to maintain all goods at the prices listed. However, we reserve the right to change any prices without notice. This could be due to supplier charge increase, or the need to order in a custom purchase for the customer.

Should there be any significant changes to pricing or the amount of the items you have ordered is different, we will advise customers immediately before processing and sending any order out.

Is there Privacy of my email address if I contact you? TOP

YES! We believe in keeping your details confidential at all times.

We will not give or sell your name, address or email address to any third party. This also includes information provided to us at purchase through our online shopping cart.

We guarantee not to Spam you with unwanted emails.

Does Unreal Hair have a Private Fitting Room? TOP
Yes, if you wish to try on a wig you may do so without any one else watching.

Can Unreal Hair match the colour of my hair? TOP
Yes, in most cases we can match your hair colour. Customers can send a sample of hair if unsure.

Does Unreal Hair use qualified staff? TOP

All of our staff are qualified hairdressers with many years experience.
